Some fixes!

Updated some things with the code to fix some bugs that were pointed out to me.

• It's a little less annoying to get through the dream sequence.
• The game no longer incorrectly says you can use arrow keys to move.
• Isaac will no longer vaguely exist in the pause menu before you've recruited him.
